The Kremlin announced the absence of Putin's team to extend the Easter truce.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has not given instructions to extend the Easter truce. This was announced on April 20 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"There were no other commands," he told TASS, answering a question about the possibility of extending the truce.
On April 19, Putin announced the Easter truce as part of a special operation to protect Donbass during a meeting with the head of the Russian General Staff, Valery Gerasimov. He clarified that the truce will be in effect from 18:00 Moscow time on April 19 to 00:00 on April 21, which is 30 hours.
The Russian president also stressed that military personnel should be prepared for possible violations of the truce and provocations by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
