Easter morning services held in Armenia and Serbia

Morning services were held in Armenia and Serbia in honor of Easter. The footage of the April 20 event is published by Izvestia.

Services were held in Belgrade at the Church of St. Saava and in Yerevan at the Cathedral of St. Gregory the Illuminator.

The footage shows that in Serbia, ministers are distributing colored illuminated eggs to parishioners, and in Armenia, a divine service is being held. At the same time, residents are even standing at the entrance to the temples.

Earlier in the day, a solemn service conducted by Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia was held at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. The festive service began with a religious procession, paying tribute to the procession of myrrh-bearing women who marched on the eve of dawn to the tomb of Jesus Christ.
