The weather forecaster warned about magnetic storms on the evening of April 22

The Earth's geomagnetic field will enter a disturbed state on April 22, and magnetic storms of classes G1-G2 may begin in the evening. This was announced on April 20 by Mikhail Leus, a leading specialist at the Phobos Weather Center.

"In the afternoon, Moscow time, on April 22, the geomagnetic field will become slightly disturbed again, and in the late afternoon, with a probability of about 85%, magnetic storms from weak to medium levels, classes G1-G2, will begin," Leus wrote in his Telegram channel.

He pointed out that the world centers predict a three—day duration of these magnetic storms - they will end approximately on April 24.

Leus added that an active storm also appeared on the night of April 20, but it would not become strong or prolonged.
