Former US military officer compared New York to Moscow

Castle stressed that Moscow's neighborhoods are cleaner, there is no garbage and no homeless people. In his opinion, it is important to compare these two megacities because they are the richest in their respective countries.

"I want my country to be on the same level as Russia," Castle added.
