Russians were most often interested in ways to prepare Easter on the eve of the bright holiday. This was confirmed on Sunday, April 20, according to a study conducted by the media platform. Food.ru , the results of which I have reviewed "Газета.Ru ".

Russians were most actively looking for Easter recipes. The raisin versions became the leader in views, but other ingredients are often added to the mass: lemon juice, zest, vanillin or cardamom.

The low-calorie sugar-free version of Easter, where sweetness is achieved through dates and coconut chips, was also particularly popular. Adding gelatin accelerates the solidification of the mass — this recipe has collected 9 thousand views. Another popular recipe turned out to be the version with almonds and dried apricots (5.1 thousand views), where sour cream and butter give the dessert a delicate texture.

Among the recipes saved to favorites were cooking methods with unique fillings: boiled condensed milk, lemon, three types of chocolate and berries.

As for cakes, raisins remain the most popular supplement — recipes with them have gained 67 thousand views. Candied fruits serve as an alternative (25 thousand views). Cakes with cottage cheese are also often prepared. It makes the pastry soft and prolongs the freshness. Almost 30 thousand Russians are interested in this method.

The most original recipe among the saved ones was a chocolate cake. Cocoa is added to the dough for a rich taste, and the finished pastries are covered with icing and chocolate chips.

Residents of Moscow (44 thousand views), St. Petersburg (23 thousand) and Nizhny Novgorod (12 thousand) showed the greatest interest in Easter recipes. Yekaterinburg and Krasnodar (7 thousand views each) also entered the top five, which indicates significant attention to Easter recipes for cities with populations of 1.5 million and 1 million people. traditions.

On the same day, Elena Zinnatova, an allergist and immunologist at Invitro, told Izvestia that healthy adults and children over the age of 12 are allowed two to three eggs per day if there are no concomitant diseases. Children over one year old should have no more than two or three eggs per week. She also clarified that Easter cakes should not be carried away either. It is enough to eat 1-2 pieces of treats a day.
