The Russian military is returning from captivity after an exchange between Russia and Ukraine. A video with military personnel was published on April 19 by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

In the footage, soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with their belongings board buses that leave the exchange site.

The prisoner exchange between Moscow and Kiev took place according to the formula "246 to 246" earlier in the day. The returned Russian soldiers were sent to the territory of Belarus. The exchange was facilitated by the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
