Russian boxer Sergey Kovalev defeated German athlete Artur Mann at the IBA Night of Champions tournament. The confrontation took place on April 18 in Chelyabinsk.

Earlier, the Russian fighter reported that after this fight he intends to end his professional career.

"In recent years, Kovalev has competed in the first heavyweight division, where he fought two fights: in 2022, he defeated Tervel Pulev by unanimous decision, and in 2024, he lost to Robin Safar on points," Sport-Express informs.
