In an interview with Radio 1 on Friday, April 18, the specialist reminded that it is forbidden to burn tires, any plastic, tires in dachas, because as a result, dioxins and furans are released into the atmosphere, which accumulate there when ingested. An overabundance of them can provoke various diseases, including cancer.

Also, toxic substances should not be burned in dachas, and biological waste can be, for example, paper bags or sawn branches.

"I'm only talking about clean paper bags, if there is a film inside them, then it can no longer be burned, because it will be plastic, which releases toxic substances into the air," the specialist warned.

According to her, summer residents should purchase a small container for composting. It can also be a hole dug in the ground into which food waste can be stored. To recycle rubber, you will have to look for special points.

On April 15, Roskachestvo urged not to burn plastic and rubber in the country. In addition, you can independently destroy grass, twigs, paper, cardboard, vegetables, fruits and waste from them, foliage in the fire. But it is forbidden to burn other categories of food waste, writes "Moscow 24". If the rules are violated, the summer resident will have to pay a fine from 5 thousand rubles to 15 thousand rubles. If the rules of fire safety in forests are violated, the fine will range from 15 thousand rubles to 30 thousand rubles, IA Regnum reports.

On April 10, lawyer Ilya Rusyaev reminded that the main fines for summer residents are related to non-compliance with sanitary and fire protection requirements, violations in the use of land, as well as issues of registration of buildings. According to the expert, the most common reason for a fine remains cases when summer residents arrange bonfires or roast meat in mangalas, without observing a distance of 5 m from buildings.

On April 5, housing and land lawyer Svetlana Zhmurko in an interview with the website kp.ru She said that it is possible to install a barbecue, barbecue, oven or any other brazier in suburban areas at a distance of no closer than five meters from a residential building. It is important to remove flammable objects and debris around the barbecue installation site — it is necessary to clean an area with a radius of up to two meters.
