- The Innovation Day of the Russian Ministry of Defense was held at the technopolis ERA in Anapa.

On April 18, the Innovation Day of the Russian Ministry of Defense was held at the ERA Military Innovation Technopolis in Anapa, where 35 organizations presented more than 60 innovative projects and developments.
The exhibition was held under the leadership of the Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for the Management of the military innovative technopolis and was organized with the aim of finding advanced technologies and dual-use products. The samples have been peer-reviewed for novelty and completeness, as well as their importance to the Russian military. The best exhibits will be finalized for future use in the interests of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Much attention was paid to drones: both airplane and copter models were presented at the exhibition. They have high noise immunity and are able to work effectively in a complex electronic environment.
The visitors were greatly interested in the portable small-size aerial target detection station, which helps in detecting and determining the coordinates of small-size unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). It is planned that these systems will be used to protect critical facilities and territories.
The operators of the ERA Technopolis scientific companies, young scientists serving here, also took an active part in the work on the exhibits. During the Innovation Day, Technopolis organized a "Job Fair", where representatives of the country's leading industrial enterprises presented potential jobs for them.
One of the central events of the scientific and business program was the All-Russian Scientific and Technical Conference "The state and prospects of development of modern science in the field of New Materials and energy in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation", which was attended by more than 200 people, including nine doctors of sciences and 45 candidates of sciences. During the conference, participants exchanged information on new scientific and technical developments in the field of weapons based on new physical principles, nanotechnology, nanomaterials and other topics.
