Two foci of brucellosis were found in the Stavropol Territory

Quarantine was introduced in two territories of the Stavropol Territory in connection with the detection of foci of brucellosis. The disease was detected on livestock farms.

Both foci are located in the Ipatov district. Brucellosis was found on farms near the villages of Bolshevik and Pravokugultinsky, writes IA StavropolMedia.

Visiting the territories is prohibited for unauthorized persons. In addition, it is forbidden to treat animals, milk cows and make cheese in the quarantine zone. Grazing of animals is also limited.

In November, brucellosis quarantine was introduced in the Neftekumsky district. The disease was detected in cattle at a cattle station.
