Air defense forces shot down two drones in Kursk region

Air defense systems destroyed two unmanned aerial vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the territory of the Kursk region. This was reported on April 18 in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"In the period from 14:00 to 14:40 Moscow time, two Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of an airplane type over the territory of the Kursk region were destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the report said.

Earlier, on April 18, the Ministry of Defense announced the destruction of 56 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the regions of Russia. The UAV was shot down over the Voronezh and Belgorod regions, over the Sea of Azov, Crimea, Rostov Region and Krasnodar Territory.
