A man was injured after an attack by an APU drone on a car in the Belgorod region.

A man was injured after an attack by a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a moving car in the village of Oktyabrsky, Belgorod region. This was announced on April 18 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"In the village of Oktyabrsky, Belgorod region, an APU drone hit a moving car. A civilian was injured," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Gladkov clarified that the victim was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury, as well as burns to his face and hands. He was hospitalized.

In addition, the governor added that as a result of the drone explosion, the car caught fire, but firefighters were able to quickly control the fire.

On the same day, in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, Belgorod region, a drone attacked a man who was riding a bicycle. The victim was taken to an ambulance substation, he was diagnosed with barotrauma and a shrapnel wound to his back.
