The announcement of the decision in the case of the Khachaturian sisters' father is scheduled for April 21.

On April 21, the Butyrsky Court of Moscow will announce the final decision in the case of businessman Mikhail Khachaturian, who is posthumously accused of abusing his daughters and causing serious harm to their health. This was reported to Izvestia by one of the lawyers of the girls.

According to him, the announcement of the final decision is scheduled for Monday at 12:00.

The criminal case against Khachaturian, who is accused of sexual violence, is being heard behind closed doors.

Earlier, on April 11, in the Butyrsky court, the state prosecution demanded a confession of Khachaturian's guilt, as well as the termination of criminal prosecution in connection with his death.

Khachaturian was killed on July 27, 2018. Then his three daughters were arrested and charged with murder by prior agreement. In 2019, they were finally charged, but in 2021, the Khachaturian sisters were officially recognized as victims in the case of violence and beatings by their father.

After that, in May 2022, the investigation was completed, and the charges against businessman Khachaturian were tightened due to the distribution of pornographic materials involving his daughters.
