Famous Russian trainer Kudryavtsev died at the age of 75.

Viktor Kudryavtsev, a trainer and People's Artist of Russia, died at the age of 75 after a long illness. Yuri Nikulin, the son of Maxim Nikulin, General Director and artistic director of the Moscow Circus Nikulin on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, informed about this on April 18.

"Yes, unfortunately, that's the way it is. Yes, it's true," he told TASS.

According to him, the trainer died on April 18. The cause of death was a long-term illness, Nikulin added.

Kudryavtsev was born on January 13, 1951 in Moscow. He graduated from the State School of Circus and Variety Arts, as well as GITIS. In his fourth year, during a business trip, Kudryavtsev rescued two cubs and came with them to the capital. In the circus, which is located on Vernadsky Avenue, the artist worked as a bear trainer. In 1995, he was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Russia, and in 2007 — People's Artist.
