According to him, according to statistics, 20 degrees Celsius on April 20 is observed in the capital about once every 13-15 years.

According to the Weather Archive website, on April 20, 1995, at 3 p.m., the maximum air temperature in Moscow was 23 degrees Celsius.

As Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, told Komsomolskaya Pravda earlier, in addition to the record on April 20, a second one is possible, since since 1973, the air temperature on April 19 has not yet risen above +23.6 degrees.
