The new gymnasium building in Solnechnogorsk will be completed by the end of 2025

A new gymnasium building No. 6 is under construction in Solnechnogorsk, Moscow region. It is planned to complete it by the end of 2025. This was reported by the regional Ministry of the construction complex.

The building will be designed for 300 people. The work is carried out within the framework of the regional state program "Construction of social infrastructure facilities".

The facility is 24% ready. Currently, 55 people and five pieces of equipment are working there. The vertical structures of the second floor are reinforced and concreted, and external engineering networks are being installed.

The building will have three floors, it will house classrooms, rooms for extended groups, assembly and sports halls, a dining room with a food hall. Sports and children's playgrounds, places for school-wide events will appear on the adjacent territory.

In addition, the builders plan to renovate the main gymnasium building, built in the 1980s, writes the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya.

Earlier, on April 15, it was reported that the Ministry of Construction of Russia began accepting applications for subsidies to co-finance the completion of capital construction projects included in the federal register. The goal is to put them into operation. The funds will be provided within the framework of the state program "Providing affordable and comfortable housing and communal services to citizens of the Russian Federation." Applications will be accepted until June 18, 2025. Subsidies will be issued in 2026.
