Duda called for protecting Poland with French nuclear weapons

Poland has asked France and the United States for nuclear weapons because of the potential "Russian threat." This was announced on April 18 by Polish President Andrzej Duda.
"We suggest that you extend nuclear cooperation to our territory as well," he said in an interview with Bloomberg.
He clarified that Warsaw must find protection from a potential threat with the help of Paris' nuclear deterrence, while continuing to call for access to American atomic weapons. According to him, Warsaw can make both decisions.
Duda stressed that the decisions are not mutually exclusive, and also do not contradict each other, clarifies "Газета.Ru ".
On March 6, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk suggested that European countries consider increasing their military presence on the borders with Russia and Belarus. According to him, Romania, the Baltic states and Finland want to join the Eastern Shield border strengthening program initiated by Poland.
