A criminal case has been opened into the attack of a 13-year-old teenager on a teacher with a hammer in Lyubertsy, Moscow region. This was announced on April 17 in the press service of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Moscow region.
"A criminal case has been opened into possible negligent actions of persons from among the staff of a general education institution, as a result of which a teacher was injured (Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," the Telegram channel said.
The department noted that the student attacked the teacher suddenly and unreasonably. The victim was hospitalized for medical treatment.
It was clarified that investigators and criminologists have begun to clarify the circumstances of the incident. According to the press service, the student will be placed on preventive registration, since he has not yet reached the age of criminal responsibility.
The attack was reported on the evening of April 17 in the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow region. It was clarified that the blow landed in the head area when the teacher was standing with her back to the classroom and writing down an assignment on the blackboard. After the attack, the student ran away from the office in an unknown direction, but law enforcement officers quickly found him.
