The death toll from an airstrike by the US Armed Forces on the Ras Isa oil port in Yemen has increased to 33 people. This was announced on Friday, April 18, according to Al Mayadeen, referring to healthcare.

"The death toll from the US attack on the Ras Isa oil facility in western Yemen has risen to 33 dead and 80 injured," the publication says.

Ras Isa Port is located northwest of the Yemeni coastal city of Hodeidah.

Anadolu Agency reported on April 9 that more than 100 civilians have been killed since the beginning of the US attacks on Yemen. It was clarified that at least 223 people were injured.

On March 15, US President Donald Trump announced that he had ordered the military to begin operations against the Yemeni Houthis. Soon, the Central Command of the United States Armed Forces announced the launch of a large-scale operation in Yemen.
