This was announced on April 17 by the Department for documenting war crimes of Ukraine of the administration of the head and government of the DPR (JCCC) in the Telegram channel.

"On April 17, as of 22:00, information was received about damage as a result of attacks by the VFU (armed formations of Ukraine. — Ed.) of the cities of the Republic," the ministry said.

It is specified that during the attack on Gorlovka in the early morning, the municipal equipment of the DPR State Unitary Enterprise "Water of Donbass" was damaged. Later, at 15:50, an apartment building along Magistralnaya Street was attacked. Also, as a result of the raid, the city outpatient clinic No. 7 and another apartment building on Volodya Dubinina Street were damaged.
