The Investigative Committee opened a case on the death of four people in a fire in the Kama region.

A criminal case has been opened in the Perm Region over the deaths of four people in a fire in a private house in the Tchaikovsky city district. This is reported by the regional SU of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

The fire occurred on Thursday evening, April 17, in one of the private houses on Shkolnaya Street in the village of Sosnovo. During the extinguishing, rescuers found the bodies of four adults.

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the incident under Part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Causing death by negligence to two or more persons." All the circumstances of the tragedy are being established.

According to the <url> news agency, the fire completely destroyed a one-story wooden house, the fire area was 100 square meters. m. 19 rescue workers and five pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.
