Temporary restrictions on the reception and departure of civilian flights, which were introduced at the airports of Astrakhan, Vladikavkaz and Grozny, have been lifted. This was announced on April 17 by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako.

"At Astrakhan (Narimanovo), Vladikavkaz (Beslan) and Grozny (Severny) airports, restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft (AF) were lifted at 20:28 Moscow time," Korenyako wrote on his Telegram channel.

On the same day, time restrictions from 15:39 to 17:22 were in effect at Volgograd Airport. In addition, the same restrictions necessary to ensure the safety of civilian flights began to operate at the Astrakhan Aviation Plant from 18:30 Moscow time. They were introduced at the airports of Grozny and Vladikavkaz at 19:52 Moscow time.
