In Moscow, a man who raped his 27-year-old daughter while intoxicated was sent to a pre-trial detention center (SIZO). This was announced on April 17 by the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.

"By a decision of the Perovsky District Court of Moscow, the investigator's petition for the election of a preventive measure in the form of detention in respect of a previously convicted defendant accused of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was satisfied," the press service said in a Telegram channel.

It is specified that the person involved will remain under arrest for two months.
