Nutritionist Natalia Pavlyuk stated that in studies on coffee, there is no division into natural and instant, which allows us to equate them to each other.

In an interview with Radio 1 on Thursday, April 17, the specialist noted that studies usually indicate the benefits of this drink, for example, it prolongs life, is useful for reducing the risk of cancer, arrhythmia, and cardiovascular diseases. Coffee is also good for the liver, as it has choleretic properties. Meanwhile, Pavlyuk stressed, "it's worth considering that almost everything that is soluble is slightly worse because it loses some antioxidants."

Instant coffee can be freeze-dried and granulated. The former retains more of what is useful and is considered to be better, according to its beneficial properties it can be equated with natural.

The nutritionist added that each person has an individual reaction to coffee and it is important to take it into account. For example, coffee on an empty stomach is worse for carbohydrate metabolism in terms of insulin production. In people with stomach ulcers, coffee certainly provokes heartburn.

Earlier on April 17, nutritionist Nuria Dianova warned that if you abruptly stop drinking coffee, you may develop caffeine withdrawal syndrome, especially if you do not follow the work and rest regime. An attack can occur as early as the first or second day after the refusal, writes RT. A person feels anxious, tired, drowsy, suffers from headaches, irritability, cognitive decline and unstable mood, reports 360.ru . The doctor advised me to analyze my habits: the amount of coffee consumed, sleep patterns, nutrition and drinking.

On the same day, Mikhail Ginzburg, a nutritionist, MD, Professor of the ASIZ, told Moskva 24 in an interview which coffee can provoke dangerous diseases. According to him, instant coffee in serving bags contributes to the development of atherosclerosis and diabetes mellitus. He advised drinking coffee without sugar and sweet syrups. You should not drink more than four or five cups a day.

At the end of January, Natalia Pavlyuk told us which coffee additives can provoke serious diseases. These include alcohol, sugar, and sweet syrups.
