"At Volgograd (Gumrak) airport at 17:22 Moscow time, restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft (AF) were lifted," Korenyako wrote on his Telegram channel.

He said that during the period when the restrictions were in effect, three planes flying to Volgograd went to alternate airfields.
