Putin awarded the title of Hero of Russia to the chief physician of the hospital of the Kherson region

Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the title of Hero of Russia to Vladimir Kharlan, chief physician of the Alyoshkovsky District Hospital in the Kherson region. The corresponding decree of the head of state was published on April 17 on the portal of the official publication of legal acts.

It is noted that the doctor was awarded the high title for heroism and dedication, which he showed in the performance of his professional duty in extreme conditions.

"To award the title of Hero of the Russian Federation to Vladimir Ivanovich Harlan, chief physician of the state budgetary healthcare institution of the Kherson region Alyoshkovskaya Central District Hospital," the document says.
