In the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR), one civilian was killed and eight others were injured as a result of attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on April 17 by the government of the LPR.

"In the suburb of Svatovo, a UAV hit a car used by employees of the Mostovsky village council. Three people were injured, they were taken to the hospital with shrapnel wounds," the Telegram channel said.

The LPR government added that the Ukrainian drone also dropped ammunition on a private plot where an elderly woman was staying, and she was hospitalized.

In addition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled the city of Lysychansk, three people were injured there, one of them died. Another attack took place in the village of Mirnaya Dolina, where one man was injured. He is currently in the hospital.
