Drunk man raped adult daughter in Moscow

In Moscow, a man previously convicted of murdering his wife raped his daughter. This was reported in the press service of the GSU of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia in the capital on Thursday, April 17.

The rape occurred in an apartment on 1st Vladimirskaya Street, where a 27-year-old girl, her children and her father lived. According to the Investigative Committee, while intoxicated, the man attacked his daughter and raped her.

"The person involved has been detained, investigative actions have been carried out with him, he has been charged under Part 1 of Article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Rape")," the department told the Moscow city news agency.

It was established that the accused had previously been convicted of committing a particularly serious crime that caused the death of a person, according to the website. kp.ru .

The investigation is requesting the arrest of a resident of the capital's Perovo district, accused of raping his daughter.

It later became known that the maniac confessed in another episode in 2003. Then he strangled a 21-year-old girl in the entrance on Cherepovetskaya Street.
