Peskov announced meaningful talks between the leaders of the countries at the Victory Day Parade in the Russian Federation

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on April 17 that there would be meaningful talks with foreign leaders at the Victory Day Parade.

"There will be many heads of state, governments and delegations at another level. We are happy about this and are preparing to provide the most cordial welcome. Of course, meaningful negotiations will take place on the sidelines of this event," Peskov said at a briefing.

The presidential press secretary also noted that the celebration of the Victory anniversary is not a forum.
