The builders of the metro in Krasnoyarsk have completed the first kilometer

The first 1,000 m was traversed by the Ekaterina tunnel-passing mechanized complex, which is engaged in laying the right-hand stage tunnel of a high-speed light-rail electric transport line. It will stretch from Shakhterov Street station to Karl Marx Street station.

KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, referring to the office of the press service of the governor and the government of the region, writes that this is the longest stretch. The Solomeya complex, which is laying the left tunnel, has passed a little less than 959 m.

Andrey Osipov, Chief Engineer of the Bamtunelstroy-Most Group of Companies, said that the work is being carried out in accordance with the schedule. It is planned to build six tunnel structures with ventilation and drainage installations and evacuation exits to the surface.

The agency clarifies that at the first stage, the length of the subway line will be 11 km. Six bus stops are being set up. The distance between the stations will be 3.4 km.

After the tunnel-boring mechanized complexes reach the Karl Marx Street station, they will be moved to the pit of the Revolution Square station, after which they will make a passage in the opposite direction, towards the city administration.

The tunnels from Revolution Square station to Vokzalnaya station will be laid by Anastasia and Irina. The Valentine will depart towards Kopylova Street station.

In March, it was reported about the beginning of construction in Krasnoyarsk of a dismantling chamber at the metro tramway station Kopylova Street. The work will be carried out by the Mosproekt-3 group of companies. The new design for the excavation of the dismantling chamber for tunnel shields was developed taking into account the decision to include the tunnel from Vysotnaya Street to Kopylova Street, built in 2005-2008, in the subway. The excavation will be the deepest.
