The screening of the documentary project "Your Ways" has started on Russian film platforms

The first two episodes of the travel film "Your Ways" are available for viewing in the VKontakte community of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation and in the Okko online cinema. The project was implemented in partnership with the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation and the Interreligious Council of Russia.

"Your Ways" is a documentary film project in which the journey of the three main characters becomes a deep exploration of the human soul, existence and faith. According to the story, Archpriest Viktor Ivanov, Imam Hamza Hafizov and actor Ilya Glinnikov set off on a journey of more than 2,000 kilometers from Ufa to Donetsk to support the military and transfer humanitarian aid.

On the way, they meet representatives of various religious communities, discuss issues of religious unity, human destiny, and talk about faith, good and evil, love and sacrifice. In the process of communication, the characters discover points of contact between religions. At the end of the journey, in Donbass, they realize how close their worldviews are and how important universal human values become in difficult times.

"This is not just a documentary, but a deep study of the human soul, universal values that unite representatives of different nationalities and faiths. The project allows us to better understand ourselves, our relationship with God and people. The Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation supports the creation of such paintings so that Russians can learn more about the heroes and events of the special military operation, as well as about those who help the defenders. After returning to civilian life, many veterans think about eternal questions, continue to develop spiritually, and the travel film "Your Ways" will be a wonderful help in this," says Anna Tsivileva, State Secretary, Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation.

The film tour consists of five episodes, all of which will be released before the end of May. In addition to Okko, you can watch "Your Ways" at the KION online cinema.

The pre-premiere screening of the film for veterans of a special military operation and representatives of the clergy took place at the Rossiya National Center in mid-February. The first viewers noted the original format in which the film was shot, the selection of the main characters and the creative message of intercultural, interethnic and interreligious harmony.

The Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation was established on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Its main purpose is to provide personal support to veterans of the military and family members of the heroes. Here, defenders are helped not only with medical and social rehabilitation, but also with retraining and employment, provide legal support, adapt housing to the needs of people with disabilities and provide long-term home-based care. The Foundation is headed by Anna Tsivileva, State Secretary and Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation. The fund's branches operate in all regions of Russia.
