The Kamchatka Falcon Center, a resident of the Kamchatka Advanced Development Area, and the Kamchatka Tourism Industry Association (ATIK), which unites 59 companies in the region's tourism industry, signed a cooperation agreement that provides for the inclusion of the Center's excursion programs in the region's eco-routes. The agreement was the result of an earlier general meeting of ATIC members, which discussed the development of the tourism industry in the Kamchatka Territory.

"The cooperation agreement signed today with ATIK will become a powerful incentive for the development of not only the Sokolin Center, but also ecological tourism in the region and Russia as a whole. This collaboration will provide an opportunity to introduce guests to the amazing world of birds of prey and will become an important tool for popularizing ecological culture and drawing attention to nature conservation issues. Tourism, based on the principles of respect for the environment, contributes to the formation of a careful attitude towards nature," said Kristina Alekseeva, Director of the Kamchatka Falcon Center.

Thus, the document defines the general principles of partnership, which open up wide opportunities for travel companies to promote and organize visits to this unique facility. To simplify the interaction, a draft model agreement between travel agencies and the Center has been developed, taking into account all legal aspects. An important stage was the approval of visiting rates for individual travelers and organized groups, ensuring a balance of interests for both tourists and the Center itself. Special attention is paid to seasonality and its impact on the content of excursions, which will allow guests to offer the most interesting and relevant programs depending on the time of the year. Tourists will have access to a detailed description of all the excursions offered, allowing them to familiarize themselves with the program in advance and choose the most suitable option. It is noted that group and individual visits, as well as special programs for school groups, are available for tourists and residents of the peninsula. In addition, the rules of visiting the Kamchatka Falconry Center have been developed and approved, ensuring the safety of birds and comfort for all visitors.

"Active cooperation with the Kamchatka Falcon Center in 2025 will be an important step in the development of ecological tourism in the region and will attract more tourists interested in observing wildlife, as well as increase Kamchatka's recognition as an attractive destination for ecological tourism at the international level. The travel companies included in ATIK will become key partners in creating new travel products, as well as in providing high–quality and safe service to our guests," said Elena Lasalle, Chairman of the Board of ATIK.

The Kamchatka Falcon Center was established in 2017 in close cooperation between specialists from Arab countries and Russia with the support of the Roscongress Foundation. The project is being implemented in accordance with the order of the President of the Russian Federation dated September 25, 2019 No. Pr-1991 and is aimed at the rehabilitation, conservation and introduction of rare species of birds of prey.

The investment platform of the Roscongress Foundation, RK-Investments, acts as a co-investor of the project, creating conditions for the implementation of scientific initiatives. Earlier, in 2024, the Roscongress Foundation and the Kamchatka Falcon Center signed a cooperation agreement with the Supreme Council for Ecology of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Within the framework of this partnership, joint conservation initiatives are being implemented, experience is being exchanged and technologies for the conservation of rare birds of prey are being developed. Joint projects will be presented at international venues, including the Eastern Economic Forum and the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The travel programs of the Kamchatka Sokolin Center will be presented at the International Travel Forum "Travel!", which will be held at VDNH in Moscow on June 10-15, 2025.

According to the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV), residents of the TOP are implementing 148 projects in the Kamchatka Territory, 53 of which have already been successfully put into operation. The business has actually invested more than 91 billion rubles in the region's economy and created jobs for more than 9.6 thousand residents of the region.

TOP residents have access to insurance premiums reduced to 7.6% for 10 years, zero taxes on property and profits for the first 5 years, the opportunity to obtain land and infrastructure support, the use of a free customs zone procedure, product and service promotion, legal protection and other effective tools for an accelerated start and comfortable business.
