Two people died and three more were injured in an accident in Chuvashia. This was announced on April 17 by the State Traffic Inspectorate of the republic.

It is specified that the accident occurred at 02:15 in Kanasha. According to preliminary data, the 20-year-old Lada Granta driver, without a driver's license, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a VAZ-2107 car, after which he crashed into a pole.

"At the time of the accident, there were five young people in the Grant, two of them died from their injuries at the scene of the accident," the Telegram channel of the State Traffic Inspectorate said.

It was established that the dead were young people born in 2006 and 2008. They were in the back seat of the car at the time of the incident. The vehicle belongs to the father of the young man who was driving.
