In Britain, they denied the termination of relations with China due to US pressure

The UK will continue its trade relations with China, despite attempts by the United States to exert pressure to achieve economic isolation of China. This was reported on April 16 by the British newspaper The I Paper, citing a source in the government of the United Kingdom.
"The UK will resist any attempts by the United States to use trade and tariff negotiations to put pressure on the government to end its relations with China," the publication says.
The source described Britain's approach and position towards China as "clear." In addition, he urged "not to confuse" negotiations with the United States and Anglo-Chinese relations.
Earlier it was reported that the United States intends to offer more than 70 countries to reduce trade duties in exchange for limiting trade relations with China.
On April 9, US President Donald Trump announced the suspension of duties previously imposed on a number of countries for 90 days. He also announced an immediate increase in duties on products from China to 125%. On April 10, this figure reached 145%.
