In Moscow, heating was switched to minimum parameters

Due to the warm weather, heating in Moscow was switched to the lowest possible parameters. This was announced on Wednesday, April 16, by the Deputy Mayor of the capital for Housing and Communal Services and landscaping, Peter Biryukov.
According to him, the temperature of the coolant was lowered to 75-77 degrees, which is the minimum for heating hot water to the standard 60 degrees, the Moscow City News agency notes.
It is noted that the off-season is a difficult time to adjust temperatures: at night, the thermometer can drop to minus values and rise to plus during the day. In addition, the sunny side of buildings may overheat, the website writes. kp.ru .
The heating system is adjusted automatically under the control of dispatchers and based on temperature sensor readings, Moscow 24 clarifies.
At the end of March, Svetlana Razvorotneva, deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services, said that the heating was turned off after five days of an average temperature above +8. She pointed out that decisions on central heating throughout Russia are made by local governments, and in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sevastopol - by regional authorities.
