In Moscow, almost 190 hectares are being reorganized under the Integrated Territorial Development project. This was announced on Wednesday, April 16, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.

According to him, balanced urban neighborhoods are planned to be built on plots with a total area of more than 188.6 hectares, as well as business and well-maintained spaces. 360.ru .

Not only residential buildings will be built on the sites, but also industrial, social and public-business facilities, Moscow 24 reports. When planning the construction, the city authorities took into account the needs of each district for the necessary infrastructure within walking distance. As a result of the implementation of 21 projects, the city will receive more than 44 thousand jobs, RT clarifies.

The construction sites are located in the Northern, Northeastern, Southern, Southeastern, Southwestern, Western, Central, Eastern and Novomoskovsk administrative districts.

According to Maxim Gaman, head of the Moscow Department of Urban Property, the developers, in particular, will erect three buildings for medical institutions, five sports facilities, as many kindergartens and schools, the Moscow City News agency reports.

On April 15, Yefimov said that a business complex would be built in the west of Moscow. The 1.21-hectare site will be reorganized. A modern business space will be built there. As a result, 1.6 thousand new jobs will be created.
