Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree appointing Sergei Kiriyenko, first deputy head of the presidential Administration, to the post of chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Center for Historical Memory under the head of state. The relevant decree was posted on the website of the official publication of legal acts on April 16.

"Appoint the following persons as members of the supervisory board of the autonomous non-profit organization National Center for Historical Memory under the President of the Russian Federation: S.V. Kiriyenko, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation (Chairman of the Supervisory Board)," the document says.
