In Gaza, 25 deaths were reported during the day from Israeli strikes.

Israeli strikes on the Gaza Strip have killed 25 people and injured 89 others over the past 24 hours. This was announced on April 16 by the enclave's Ministry of Health.
"Over the past 24 hours, the bodies of 25 dead and 89 injured have been delivered to hospitals in the Gaza Strip," the Telegram channel says.
According to doctors, the bodies of the dead remain under the rubble of destroyed buildings and on the highways. Rescue operations are difficult due to the lack of access from medics and civil defense teams.
On April 15, the Turkish newspaper Daily Sabah reported, citing the Gaza Ministry of Health, that more than 51,000 people had been killed in the enclave since the escalation of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict began. In addition, over 116,000 residents of the Gaza Strip were injured.
The IDF resumed military operations against Hamas in Gaza on March 18. The press service of the Gaza Ministry of Health reported on March 28 that since then, more than 890 people have died as a result of Israeli attacks, and more than 1980 have been injured.
