- The Kremlin refused to give an exact time for the end of the moratorium on strikes on energy facilities.

The Kremlin is not yet ready to comment on Russian President Vladimir Putin's decision to extend the moratorium on strikes on energy infrastructure facilities between Russia and Ukraine. This was announced on April 16 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"We will inform you. I am not ready to inform you about the decision yet," he said at a briefing.
This morning, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that since the conclusion of the moratorium on strikes on energy facilities, Ukraine has violated the agreement 107 times. The ministry stressed that attacks on Russian energy facilities continued daily.
The day before, Peskov announced that there were no plans in Putin's schedule for negotiations with US President Donald Trump on a moratorium on strikes on energy facilities.
