The court found Anatoly Dolinko, a militant of the 110th separate brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), guilty of committing a terrorist act in the Kursk region. This was reported on April 16 by the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia.
"The investigation and the court established that on August 20, 2024, Dolinko illegally entered the territory of the Russian Federation in order to commit a terrorist act," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.
According to the Investigative Committee, using an AK-74 assault rifle, he intimidated local residents, and also participated in the blockade of the village of Sleeping, where observation and firing positions were equipped for subsequent attacks on Russian civilian infrastructure. The soldier was detained on August 25, 2024 during the fighting.
The court sentenced him to 15 years in prison: he will spend the first three years in prison, and the rest of his term in a high—security colony.
On April 12, investigators charged three Ukrainian soldiers who shelled the village of Olgovka in the Kursk region. It is specified that the defendants illegally invaded the territory of Russia. They, following the orders of their commanders, shelled residential buildings in the village of Olgovka, where civilians were staying. As a result of their actions, at least four people were killed and civilian infrastructure was damaged.
