Sobyanin spoke about the program of the Easter Gift Festival

As part of the Easter Gift festival, artists from the capital's art schools will paint two-meter—high art objects - 15 models of Easter eggs. The event will take place on April 20 at the Church of the Life-Giving Trinity in Sviblov, said Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

"The theme of the painting — "The Patron Saints of the Russian army" — was not chosen by chance. 2025 in Russia became the Year of Defender of the Fatherland and the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory," said the mayor.

Painted Easter eggs will also appear on Tverskaya Square. "About 30 students of creative universities and young contemporary artists will decorate them here," Sobyanin said.

The Easter Gift Festival will be held from April 19th to 30th. The program includes creative and culinary workshops for children and adults. Participants will learn how to bake traditional cakes and create souvenirs.

It will be possible to purchase goods made by the NGO's wards at various sites. Moscow Helps Houses of Kindness will accept gifts for ITS participants and children from new regions. Festival guests will also be offered to help animals from shelters as part of the Four-Legged Friend project.
