An agent of the Ukrainian special services who was preparing a terrorist act against a deputy of the People's Council of the region was detained in the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR). This was announced on April 16 by the press service of the republican Directorate of the FSB of Russia.
It is specified that in order to commit a terrorist act, he extracted explosives and components for making an improvised explosive device from a cache. He was subsequently detained by FSB officers.
