Gunners of the Russian Armed Forces destroyed the AFU UAV control point in the DPR

The gunners of the Vostok group of forces destroyed the control point for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and the mortar crew of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Yuzhnodonets direction. This was announced on Wednesday, April 16, by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The gunners struck the control point of the UAV several times. In addition, Russian servicemen destroyed an enemy mortar crew who were trying to fire at the positions of units of the Russian Armed Forces.

It is specified that the gunners' shots were corrected in real time using drones.

These combat vehicles have proven their effectiveness during a special military operation.

Earlier, on April 15, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Russian Armed Forces had destroyed the manpower of the Ukrainian army in the Sumy area. In particular, Russian military personnel eliminated UAV communications equipment and armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
