The "Russian" cake presented to Prince Harry caused a scandal in Ukraine


Prince Harry was presented with a "Russian" cake during his visit to Lviv, which caused a major scandal in the media space of Ukraine. This was reported on Tuesday, April 15, by the Ukrainian edition of the Telegraph.

According to Elena Braichenko, a researcher of Ukrainian gastronomic culture, the prince was presented with a traditional paska typical of Kharkiv and Sumy regions.
Earlier that day, the Kiev City State Administration (KSCA) requested that mass Easter services be limited and that they be broadcast online. There are no plans to lift the curfew on Easter. It will be valid from 00:00 to 05:00 Moscow time.
