An earthquake of magnitude 6.4 occurred in the Hindu Kush region of Afghanistan, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) reported on April 16.

It is specified that a natural disaster occurred 167 km east of the city of Baghlan with a population of 108 thousand people. The earthquake was centered at a depth of 121 km.
