A spruce complex will be built in the west of Moscow under the Integrated Territorial Development Program (CDT). This was announced on Tuesday, April 15, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.

The 1.21-hectare site will be reorganized. A modern business space will be built there. As a result, 1.6 thousand new jobs will be created, writes NSN.

The site is adjacent to Bagration Avenue, and the Park Pobedy metro station is located in the immediate vicinity. It houses warehouses and other outdated facilities, RT reports.

According to Maxim Gaman, head of the Moscow Department of Urban Property, the urban development potential of the site is 56 thousand "squares" of real estate. A business complex with medical and sports centers, offices, bank branches, restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities will be built there, Moskva24 notes. A street and road network will also be organized, and the surrounding area will be improved.

On April 13, the Moscow City News Agency reported that 302 CRT projects with a total area of about 4.2 thousand hectares are currently at various stages of development and implementation in the capital.
