On June 1, the large-scale "Summer in Moscow" project will start in Moscow, within the framework of which charity, cultural and sports events will be held. This was announced on Tuesday, April 15, by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, in his Telegram channel.

For three months, charity, cultural and sports events will be held daily in all city districts and every district for citizens. Most of them are free, outdoors, according to the Moscow City News agency.

The most striking festivals will be "Theater Boulevard", "Tastes of Russia", "Times and Epochs", "Gardens and Flowers", "Moscow on the wave. Fish Week", "Estates of Moscow", writes "Moscow 24".

A number of new music, sports, youth, and patriotic events are also planned. For the capital's business, Summer in Moscow is an opportunity to make a name for themselves, to hold their event on their own site or in one of the city's 200 public spaces.

In 2024, more than 38 million people visited Summer in Moscow, NSN notes. This year, the project will run until September 7th.
