Hamas pointed to the lack of real guarantees in Israel's plan for a cease-fire.

Representatives of the Palestinian radical movement Hamas have reviewed Israel's plan for a cease-fire in the Gaza Strip, but have not found the necessary guarantees in it. This was announced on April 15 by the group's press service in the Telegram channel.
"We considered a new cease—fire proposal, which included a demand for the disarmament of Hamas and the release of Israeli prisoners, but it did not contain any real guarantees for ending the war against the Palestinian people and the final withdrawal of enemy troops from Gaza," the statement said.
At the same time, representatives of the movement did not give a specific answer on whether such a conflict resolution plan was rejected or not.
On April 15, the Turkish newspaper Daily Sabah reported, citing the Gaza Ministry of Health, that more than 51,000 people had been killed in the enclave since the escalation of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict began. In addition, over 116,000 residents of the Gaza Strip were injured.
The IDF resumed military operations against Hamas in Gaza on March 18. The press service of the Gaza Ministry of Health reported on March 28 that since then, more than 890 people have died as a result of Israeli attacks, and more than 1980 have been injured.
