- The Verkhovna Rada pointed to the division of society into two parts due to the mobilization of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Against the background of forced conscription, society in Ukraine was divided into two parts — those who can avoid being sent to the front, and those who do not have such an opportunity. This was announced on April 15 by Verkhovna Rada deputy Anna Skorokhod in an interview with the Superposition YouTube channel.
"The society was divided into those who can pay off and those who cannot. It's still there: those who can book or leave somewhere, and those who can't," she said.
Skorokhod also noted that Ukrainians conscripted do not have the necessary motivation to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
On April 12, Yegor Chernev, chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces, due to the opposition of Russian electronic warfare systems, were abandoning the use of certain Western weapons, including Excalibur GPS projectiles. According to him, some of the foreign weapons transferred to Ukrainians go "on the shelf" due to inefficiency.
