Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on April 15 that representatives of Ukraine, France, Great Britain and Turkey were discussing security issues in the Black Sea at a meeting in Istanbul.
"There will be representatives of Europe who were identified at the Paris summit — Britain, France, Ukraine will definitely be present, and the host country, Turkey," he said at a press conference with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in Odessa.
Zelensky added that there have already been several meetings of the "coalition of the willing" in various formats, including on security issues in the Black Sea.
On April 13, the Turkish Ministry of National Defense announced that a meeting would be held in the country where military representatives from foreign countries would discuss the safety of navigation in the Black Sea.
